This item is imbalanced still after nerf. Armor seems to be underpowered right now. Which is why I'm seeing warmogs on champs who dont usually build it. Lack of build diversity FTL.

Hardly anybody builds cleaver as is right now, a few carries and a few ad aoe casters. It isn't op anymore.

This is ridiculous. People are already building away from it because many champs get more advantage building Last Whisper (which has always been around) if they can't get stacks quickly. So no, you're wrong, please stop.
