I don't know how they did it. But I want to give a special thanks to the Riot team for making a ranking system on their first try that solved Elo Hell. I'm on my way out now, and it finally feels right. Thanks guys/gals

You're level 12... "Solved?" What level were you when 'elo hell' was an issue for you? 1?
