This is a champion concept based on, the power of interpretative dance. That's right, a champion that wears a skin tight jumpsuit, preferably a fat gut bellied man, with a scruffy beard and round glasses, that also has a pony tail and wears sandals.
This is serious by the way, he must resemble this appearance in some way as it fits his skill set and also fits into the theme of league of legends perfectly.
Now before we begin discussing his skill set, lets set the mood for his kit.
First things first, obviously, this man will appear to be out of shape, but this is detrimental to his character, as with all lumps of coal, there is a diamond inside waiting to shine.
This man shall seem to be a peaceful man on the outside with everything under control. He will appear to be an outgoing, good at heart man, who wants nothing more then serenity. However, under his happy-co-existent mantra following exterior lurks a tidal wave of angry Tryndamere heads screaming at the top of their lungs as they create the abyssal vortex of endless rage heated like infinite mountains of laptops burning & melting away from running millions of crisis stress tests.
Now that we've got a taste of his appearance, and a reasoning behind it, we've also got some light on why his kit will exist as it will.
First of all, his passive will be his resource and the bonuses it provides.
Now, since this champion uses the power of Interpretative dance to channel his anger, of course his resource will revolve around anger.
His resource will of course be, unchanneled anger. Unlike normal red bars, he starts at full, with each ability he loses some. Overtime he generates more, however when he takes damage, he generates more. Damage overtime effects double this generation. (As they are the most annoying types of damage)
As for the bonuses his passive provides, you'll see sort of a balance bar with it. See, when he's at full unchanneled anger, his Attack Damage and Crit Damage is increased. This lessens with the more unchanneled anger he has. Now the opposite is, the less unchanneled anger he has, he gains more Crit Chance and also a scaling of true damage with each attack or ability.
In other words, lets just say he has 100 Unchanneled Anger, now he'll receive 1 attack damage per Unchanneled Anger he has, and 1% Crit damage for each 1 point of Unchanneled anger he has.
Now, for each point of Unchanneled Anger he doesn't have, he'll gain .25% increased Crit chance, he'll also gain 1 true damage on all his basic attacks, and abilities for each point of unchanneled anger he doesn't have.
Now here is the big thing about his resource, it isn't a constant 100, he gains 5% of his Bonus HP in added resource.
His Q is his bread and butter, it costs 10% of his max unchanneled anger. What it does is, he strikes a pose for .35 seconds, in which time he will avoid all incoming damage, that are not debuffs or Non-targeted-Non-Projectiles. Which means, he can avoid skill shots but, not AoE's or things like Karthus's ult or Karma's Chain. This goes on cool down for 1 second.
(Debatable if he can avoid AoE's that are projected off Characters as attacks rather than areas of effect. Such as Jax's Stun, any of Riven's abilities, Alistar's Knock up, Lee Sin's Tempest kick, ect.)
His W shall be a charged up basic attack, now this ability cost 10 Unchanneled Anger, plus 10 per second. Now, if this ability is charged up to 30 (This would be 40 total spent on the ability) or less Unchanneled Anger, your next basic attack will deal an added bonus in true damage double the amount of unchanneled anger you spent & charged up, in addition to this, the target will be knocked back 7 units per unchanneled anger used for this ability.
Now if more than 30 is used to charge up (Plus the 10 spent to activate the ability) he will go into overdrive. This means, his next basic attack gets some added fun. Instead of double damage in true damage for each point used in the ability, you get triple. Added to this, all enemy champions around the target are hit for half the damage total that your target takes, and are also knocked back based on how close they are to the target.
For both lesser charged, and further charged versions of the ability, if the target collides with terrain, the target will be stunned for half a second.
The charge buff will only last 2 seconds for his next basic attack. Gains a 1 second increase if no enemy champions were in X amount of distance when the charge was ended.
Note: While Charging this ability, he will do the interpretative dance of whatever, this will change to another dance once he reaches the second stage of charging.
His E shall be a triple combo move, much like Riven's Q. First move costing 10 of his unchanneled rage, the second costing 15, the third costing 20.
First move is a leaping swan! He will leap in a direction for X amount of units. When used again, he will squat like a crab, causing a small AoE of 85% slow for .5 seconds. When used a third time, and last time of the combo, you use a short ranged skill shot, to flip an enemy champion over you, and stun them on the side opposite of where they where, at your positioning. In other words, you basically flip them over your character and stun them for one second.
Lastly, his ultimate!
His ultimate has no cost, however will drain 20 Unchanneled Anger per second. There is no cooldown on his ultimate until he either runs out of unchanneled anger completely or exits combat after using it. If he isn't in combat while using it, and exits his ultimate, he will have a 2 second window before it goes on cooldown. To exit his ultimate manually without having ran out of Unchanneled Anger, you must press R again, however manually exiting your ultimate will cost 10 unchanneled anger.
Now, while his ultimate is channeling, no other abilities can be used. He will dodge one of every 3 basic attacks done to him. (He'll dodge one, take 2, then dodge one, then take 2) His passive bonus's are doubled. He and his allies around him are inspired, causing each of their next basic attacks or abilities to deal additional damage equal to 100% of his total attack damage. This effect will happen for every 3 seconds his ultimate is channeling, as well as the effect will happen immediately at the use of the ultimate. (However activating his ultimate again will not cause this effect to happen, each ally must be inspired for 3 seconds to gain this effect again)
He can move and attack while channeling this ability, however again, he cannot use any other abilities. His movement speed is also increased by 20% and the entire time he should be dancing. He will no longer passively generate unchanneled anger, however he will generate anger from damage he takes. (This may or may not be halved while the ultimate is active)
As for lore, who cares, he's a round man, in tights, that dances. Pretty much the only lore he needs right?
