He actually means a 2/0 vote with only 3 people on SR, and I agree. Any leaves should count as surrenders for the vote.

That's not how it works at all. You need a 70% majority to surrender. 3/4 is 75%, so it works, 2/3 is 66% so it doesn't, and 1/1 is 50%, so it definitely does not.

and farm kills all day? basically make the losing team miserable.

If enough time passes, your team will generate enough gold for a full build for each character. A team toyed with us for 34 minutes to farm kills on us. We coordinated a full team attack, aced them in the team fight while only losing the support (me) and the jungler, and we blew up their nexus.

At the end, one stupid mistake can lead to an ace that results in a minute long respaw which is more than enough to push into their nexus and down all free inhibs. It's the best feeling in the world.

Surrender is anyoing as hell. People surrenders so easy, even on winnable games (2 kills below? gave first blood? dies once and has 10 creeps less?, all those happent to me yesterday). You only should surrender on a non comeback match, like 20 kills bellow whit people that refuses to play together. And even then, there is always a way to comeback. I hate both my team and the enemy to surrender at 20 or after a min 30 teamfight. That's not a lost game -.-
