I was wondering why Riot decided to change the particles from:

to
Current Particles: http://youtu.be/sDEeKYeZ3sE?t=46s

In my opinion, I would much rather have the Lightning and Whirlwind Particles. They are just more appealing to me.
I'm not sure what the rest of your opinions are, but I was wondering if there could possibly be a change for this skin's Q? What are your thoughts on this?
