Decided to remake the abilities for the champion my girlfriend, DrowningDead, and I made last summer. Changed his title from Keeper of Souls to Reaper of Fear, because it fits more and because Keeper of Souls seems more relevant to Thresh now. Lore's stayed the same, I'll repost that soon. Well, let's get to it:

Base Stats:

Health: 470 (+75/per level)
Mana: 300 (+50/per level)
Attack: 60 (+2.9/per level)
Armor: 20 (+2.5/per level)
Spell Block: 28 (+2.4/per level)
Health Regen: 5.50 (+0.60/per level)
Mana Regen: 5.75 (+0.70/per level)
Move Speed: 350

Passive: Terrifying Strikes

-Nepenthis' basic attacks apply stacks of Fright, up to a cap of five stacks. A unit's magic resist is reduced by 3% per Fright stack. In addition, Nepenthis' skills gain a secondary or different effect if they are used against a unit with full Fright stacks. Fright stacks remain for 4 seconds. Any auto attacks beyond the fifth merely reset the timer.

Q: Thirst for Blood

-Active: When activated, Thirst for Blood gives Nepenthis increased Damage and Attack speed for a few seconds. If Nepenthis is attacking a unit with five stacks of Fright, he then gains bonus life steal against that unit.

-While active, Nepenthis gains 5/10/15/20/25% bonus Attack Damage and Attack Speed for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds. If Nepenthis attacks a unit with five stacks of Fright, he also gains additional 10/10/15/20/25% Life Steal while attacking that unit.

Mana Cost: 55/60/70/75/85 Mana

Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds

Range: Self-cast

W: Grasping Claws

-Active: Nepenthis snares and deals magic damage to target unit. If that unit has five stacks of Fright, that unit is also pulled to Nepenthis.

-Nepenthis snares target unit for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds and deals 60/70/80/90/100(+0.9 AP) magic damage. If that unit has five stacks of Fright, those stacks are consumed and they are also pulled to Nepenthis.

Mana cost: 70/80/95/100/110 mana

Cooldown: 12/10/8/6/6 seconds

Range: 350 units (?)

E: Phantom Shield

-Active: Nepenthis gains a damage blocking shield for a few seconds. In addition, any unit with five stacks of Fright that hits Nepenthis during this time are feared for a few seconds.

-Upon activation, Nepenthis gains a shield that blocks 50/60/75/80/90 (+0.5AP) damage for 3 seconds. Any unit with five stacks of Fright that hits Nepenthis while his shield is active is feared for 2 seconds. This fear does not reapply if the unit hits Nepenthis again.

Mana Cost: 70/90/110/130/150 Mana

Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/8 Seconds

Range: Self-cast

R (Ultimate): Reaper Strike

-Nepenthis curses the ground in front of him, slowing all units in range. In addition, Nepenthis channels for a few seconds before releasing a phantom version of himself to deal magic damage to all units in front of him. This damage is reduced for each enemy hit, down to a cap. If any enemy unit has five stacks of Fright, those stacks are consumed and the damage becomes true damage delt in full.

-Nepenthis slows down all units in front of him by 30/45/55%. After channeling for 2 seconds, Nepenthis releases a phantom version of himself that deals 400/475/525 (+0.7AP) magic damage to all enemies hit. This damage is reduced by 5% per enemy hit down to a cap of 35%. Should any unit hit have five stacks of Fright, the damage reduction cap is ignored, and the damage becomes true damage.

Mana Cost: 350/400/550

Cooldown: 120/140/160 seconds

Range: About the same range as Lux's Final Spark.

Quotes:
-Selection: Revel in terror!
-Movement:
*As you command.
*With pleasure
*Time to stalk
*Through the shadows
-Attacking:
*Time to hunt
*We will show them fear
*I can taste their fear
*With much pleasure (with an added emphasis on pleasure)
-Joke:
*I will show you the true meaning of-Huh? (Nepenthis starts to chase his tail) Wait, where was I again?
*(When near Veigar): I'll show you who's really ebil...I mean, evil.
*(When near Thresh): I don't think you'd really fit under a bed.
*I love biting the hand that feeds, and the head. (Nepenthis snaps his jaw)
-Taunt:
*Run away, run away. I do enjoy a good chase.
*Please, scream. I want them to hear you.
-Laugh:
*Three variations of really manaical laughter.
Dance:
*Nepenthis runs in place on all fours, kind of like Donkey from Shrek 2 when he's a stallion and he's "Trot, trot, trotting place."

Well that's my update for Nepenthis. Hopefully it's an improvement from the original, which you can view here: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/...eeper+of+souls

I'm probably going to move the lore here to in a moment. Thanks for reading, ~CC

"Nepenthis was never supposed to be part of the world of Valoran; he was a creature made up of the purest essence of the Void. Nepenthis was pulled into Valoran centuries ago, when magic was still young. Angered by his sudden calling, he quickly slaughtered the young magician who had summoned him. Keeping to the shadows, killing to satisfy his thirst for blood, Nepenthis quickly became idolized as a deity of death. He reveled in their fear of him, and quickly used it to his advantage. Taking down anyone who was foolish enough to enter into his territory alone, the killing became easier and easier. Thousands were dead and a century had turned. Then he began to get sloppy. It should have been an easy kill; a lone girl walking through the forest at night was easy prey for a skilled killer like himself. But just as he closed in for the kill, basking in the fear that emanated from this little girl, he hesitated. Instead of digging his scythe like claws into her neck, he dug them into the ground, and whispered hideous things into her ear. This made the girl scream and lash out, striking him in the eye. Nepenthis reared up in shock, letting the girl go. That morning, when he was at his weakest, a mob from the local village came looking for him. They found him, captured him, and bound him to a single scroll of paper.

Nepenthis was trapped in eternal limbo. Time ceased to exist, day never seemed to end, but worst of all, there were was no fear to bask in but his own. The summoners of the League had no idea what they were releasing when they decided to examine the scroll that Ezreal had brought them from one of his usual excursions. Again, Nepenthis was called to Valoran, but this time he was bound with more powerful magic. The League gave Nepenthis a choice; he could either spend the rest of his days back in Limbo, or he could choose to fight in the League. Finding any option better than the hell of Limbo, Nepenthis agreed, and now he seeks to slate his thirst for blood and fear on the Fields of Justice."

"Fear now has a face." –Ezreal, The Prodigal Explorer
