Does have a leaver on your team reduce the amount of lp lost at the end?

If it does i find it kind of stupid. I lost a close game and lost 17 LP and i just lost a 20 min 3vs5 and lost 17 LP.. That makes no sense

But 2v3'ing when the match is tied is not too easy.... Especially against an enemy team who knows that there is a DC'er and is taking advantage of that...

Maybe. A red commented that afks did affect lp. Leavers may or may not be treated differently.

doubt it, cuz then 1 team member would take the leave & loss for everyone else having lower LP drop.....
