No not until they start pushing/advertizing TT more. We don't have a large enough playerbase, the que times would be very long. They would have added it already if it was not for the small playerbase of TT. It would "split the party" too much.

That is the real reason I think we don't have it already.

Well yah we know the reason they don't want to, but what level 30 that plays twisted treeline specifically will play normals if a solo que ranked comes out? The normal games will be for the underleveled summoners who are trying to get to level 30 in order to play ranks. If they brought out solo que I'd rarely ever play norms again.
