Thank you for the report SoldierHabs, in the future if you want to make a post about a bug there are better ways to do so.

IE. change the title to: Mikael's Cricible Bug.
And the post to: Activating Mikael's Cricible on an ally does not grant assists.

Sounds like a bug that should be reported on the bug report forums.
