How does everyone feel about him? He seems pretty strong still, though only if you have teammates willing to follow up on your ganks. Do you think hes stronger in S3 now with items like Liandry around and the way pen works?
I don't really see him that much, but I imagine its because hes so team dependent. And probably because he isn't as fast at clearing camps as others such as Hec and Vi. But still, hes still pretty good,right? :0
