There is no Mana Bar under HP bar.

I'd like to confirm this since no one seems to give much ****s about it, it happens always, there's simply no mana bar on the HUD under the skills. This is really annoying and it has been happening since the pointless rework of the health bar.

I agree, it really screws me up when I need to see what, if any, spell to use with others or even if I can.

Just go to settings, click Color Blind mode on, if it's off, or off if it's on, and you will see your mana bar. I don't think it's a bug, I beleive it was on purpose. Maybe because people with poor eye-sight mixed the 2 up.

How would it be on purpose? The mana bar just isn't there. A very major issue.
