I've recently been playing kayle and i noticed when i fire her Q, if at that same moment i'm casting and i lose vision of the target, the spell goes on cooldown yet my target isn't damaged. I just had the same thing happen to a tristana ultimate and he confirmed he wasn't damaged or knocked back despite my ult going on cooldown. I'm assuming this issue applies to all targeted spells but I'll try to test it more when the server is back online.

Happens 100% of the time if i lose vision of the target exactly during the casting animation.

How to reproduce: cast a spell on someone RIGHT BEFORE they enter a brush.
