Back then you needed mana if you wanted to use your abilities while dead though

Twisted fate had his global teleport on a normal ability CD and had an AoE stun. Not to mention he used to be a viable AD champion so he didn't have to rely on teammates to finish you, he'd just port in stun you and do it himself.

Make it so R does double True damage while in passive.
