So I heard somewhere that if you have a couple RP off the actual amount, that you can get those extra few RP through a 'Support Ticket'; in my case it is 1 RP.

I have 926 RP, I am going to buy a 487 RP on-sale champion and then a 440 RP on-sale champion.

487 + 440 = 927 (1 RP off my amount)

Is there a way to achieve this? If so, how do I go about doing so? Any information is appreciated.
