I live in the North East, and I've been getting lag every game for the past few weeks. What strikes me as odd is, after the blizzard the lag went away for a few days, but it's back again.

No matter what time of day it is, I get odd lag spikes where I can see what's going on but I'm unable to move for several seconds.

I called my ISP, they said everything is fine and reset my internet. I reinstalled windows, I've reset my modem several times. This has to be a LoL server issue as I also see others complaining about lag here.

Also, I reinstalled SC2 and I get no lag there whatsoever, it's definitely not on my end.

I also live in the North East and cannot even log in.
