I ulti'd a nid in a Dom match last night as J4 and she appeared to just jump over it in her animal form? Is this supposed to be able to happen?

Yes, nidalee can jump over all small walls, including j4 ult

J4's ult should be impassable terrain in my opinion.

Too stronk, if anything make it require a blink/long jump or dash to get out while making it impassible by short dashes/jumps

even vayne can get out of j4's ult... how sad is that...

J4 ult sucks ...

It works just like every other terrain ignoring dash in the game. This isn't a new development.
