Indeed, who on earth would build an item that builds from GP/10, mana regen, and CDR, as well as giving a passive that reduces healing on low health champions?

You know, I can make old Nashor's Tooth from s2 look good too. Attack Speed, AP, CDR, mana regen. Guess how many people bought that?

ever since they changed it from active to passive effect its been a good buy for many cdr/long ranged champions(lux/ ziggs/gragas etc）
