Below I will list some bugs when compared to the Patch Notes and will update the list with more findings.

1) Eleisa's Miracle shows wrong tooltip when it "breaks" and becomes a buff. Didnd't test if the new CDR is really working for all spells. CV with both mastery and it. gets a 41s cd.

The tooltip for the shop wont close after clicking on the shop icon and it obstructs the view of the shop.
