Why do some names appear in green for their ranked leagues?

Couldn't find any information on it. Many of the players' names are in burgundy/red, but some are in green. I was wondering what the difference is.

They probably have a, "Green Ribbon." You know, for being a friendly player with good team work and honourable opponent.
