Please...7 day support ticket unanswered :\

I know you must be backlogged with a TON of tickets but 7 days is a bit steep...Back in 2010 the quality of the support I received was much better than it is today, from what I have received anyway, sadly

If possible Request #4024015

Thanks, it's regarding my ban which I feel is completely unwarranted.
