Taric

Shatter ( W ) now grants 10% of Taric's Armor to allies instead of flat 10/15/20/25/30

Shatter ( W ) now also deals damage equal to .3 of Taric's armor.

It's also a nerf as it now takes quite the armor investment from taric to match shatter's old Aura presence.

If they leave the AP ratio alone it will do more damage now, though of course not the AS debuff. Time for the return of AP Taric.

Yeah, but it has the armor debuff which in a more generalized situation is better. It's not like AS slows are useful against mages.
