she doesnt need a range buff
that would make her overpowered

i have 170 sivir games at diamond

access to PAX skin, or a new *good* skin for her, as well as a little bit of a kit rework for her are in order. she is fine otherwise (just needs to be able to offer more to the team with her ult, maybe an added life leech / spell vamp component or +armor/mdef).

bandit sivir is her only ok skin (besides pax) and it looks pretty meh.
