i currently have
flat ad quints
flat ad marks
arm seals
magic resist glyphs

is that right? if not please let me know what i should be using, thanks :d

AD Quints, AD Marks, Armor Seals, MR per level Glyphs
source: 300 MF games
Honestly, MF is so strong at the moment you can win lane with any runeset.

That's your typical adc runeset these days, though you can alter it based on pref.
