So far, it's down for maintenance due to some major Quinn bugs. No estimated time when it will come back up though.

Things I would like to see:
Buff to her ult (I suggested Raising attack speed cap while in ult form)
I would like to see a complete 2ndary skin

Overall I am happy with Quinn except I feel her ult needs to compensate for the loss of ranged attacks a bit better.

I agree with this. You tend to notice how weak the ult form can be after getting stuck in it for the duration of a match (although that was a quick custom and I assume this is one of the bugs they're fixing right now).

I Think her ulti is more of a teamfight mode while her NonUlti form is a lane form
