This may have already been reported, but just in case it has not I will post this issue to be fixed. While playing a match our Kog'maw died in lane next to me and his passive was triggered then my screen went grey as if I myself had died but I was still alive and went on to kill the enemy and continued to play this way for the next 10 minutes, I did not die during this time and do not know if dying would have fixed the issue and restored color back to my screen because the game crashed before I died.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a match and have someone else choose Kog'maw
2. Stand next to Kog'maw when he dies and his passive is activated
3. Observe grey screen and laugh because you are The Walking Dead!
