when i try to uninstall pando media (after finding out about its existence) its telling me its an illegal operation and literally won't let me uninstall it? I can believe riot puts potentially dangerous spyware on your computer let alone stuff you can't remove.

Control Panel ->Programs-> Uninstall a Program-> Pando Malware Booster->Uninstall.

your computer is broken, I unistalled it with no problems at all.

Stop it in task manager and then try removing it.
