I was getting mixed oppinions on which player was the better akali so I went to lolking to check out they're records and such and while doing so I noticed that both players have completely different rune/mastery setups for akali. I was just wondering which one you guys think is more superior.

You can basically use any setup you want now with the passive change.

Voyboys setup was to get both passives from JUST the rune page and then he could run 21/9 or 9/12 depending on matchup.

Westrice setup was the classic setup that got the passives from both masteries and runepage and was pretty much set in stone in terms of what you needed to run.

So basically, voyboys rune page was better. But in the current iteration it's up to you what to run based on matchup since you don't need any stats to get the passives.
