I did mean concurrent, I probably should have specified that. And of course the price would change as necessary.
But, better idea I had in another thread now.
As was said before, Frozen Heart and Randuins Omen are already, mostly, great anti ad carry items without the limitations of thornmail. By giving a percentage reduction of attack speed, they directly affects ad carry damage that way. So why not tailor it more towards a role unfilled, countering other ad's directly?
Current passive gets changed to:
Unique Passive: 10-15% physical damage received is reflected as magic damage.
This counters assassins and ad casters instead, giving it its own role. We don't need three items that mostly focus down ad carries, while only having old thornmail sort of affect others.
And then, if desired as an added bonus, for a bit more cost, you have what I suggested before hand:
Unique Passive: Life Steal has half effect on you.
This here basically continues thornmail's theme of "Punishment for hitting me", as instead of directly dealing more damage it greatly reduces the healing of carries / assassins who attack you, therefore not completely destroying its viability against a fed adc. Of course this number could be reduced to 30% reduction, or it could just be left out completely, but its a decent idea.
