I disagree, warmogs and the itemization has made it worse compared to s2.

I agree that Warmogs is imbalanced, but giving melee champions some out of combat health regeneration was a good move for ARAM. I always found myself going in, contributing to the fight, getting out on low health, and then being screwed for the next few minutes. Getting ourselves killed should not be the only effective way of getting our health back.
