Dobby is actually right for once.

If you don't want to get screwed in divorce all you have to do is marry someone of equal or higher salary than you and then you'll be coming out on top in all the settlements since their 100% financially based.

Even if my wife made only 80% of my salary I'd be fine with a 50-50 split of marital property.
