all of those are conditional, not spammable, and/or sure as hell not triggered by any given source of physical damage on a carry champ's PASSIVE who already has 2 damage evasion abilities. That is just WAY too much. Not even urgot who's been nerfed into the ground for his kits sillyness gets to proc his passive just from dealing physical damage and it doesnt slow autoattacks

feel free to give an actual explanation of why giving fiora an AS slow is just fine because a caster can do it with a cooldown ability.

Please explain why one of the 2 champs with the strongest AS steroids in the game should also have an AS slow that is proc'd by any form of physical damage.

How about the fact that it has to be stacked 5 times for full effect? Coupled with the fact that she has no ranged abilities that don't cause her to fully commit.

How about the fact that AS slow does almost nothing to 80% of the champions in the game.

I said and/or and how much does that effect cost again? Give her an item like victor's and at least then itll take up an item slot.

and nunu can only do it to one champ. Fiora can do 5 before she even builds tiamat.

How about the fact that she has 2 gapclosers, damage evasion, extremely strong AS steroids, MS steroids, and now AS slows? 20% is not an insignificant number assuming its even that low. ANY champ who would ever autoattack is effected by this. It would not even take a second with her Q to get the full 5 stacks. At best their second autoattack will count 1 or 2 stacks right off the bat from the physcal damage engage, lord forbid she had any other way to deal it like the tiamat active or her ult

It might be different if this was at least like vaynes where it can only be on one champ at a time just to stick to the duelist theme though it does seem to go against her lore. (her father was caught cheating by poisoning his opponents and she entered this to regain her honor)

Her AS steriod and MS steriod are CONDITIONAL and only last 3 seconds.

Yes she has a double gap closer. That's the highlight of her kit... that's all she has.

Her ult is even piss poor at high ELO. You use it and the enemy player flashes and uses his mobility skill and oops now you're in a turret and dead. Or they just go invisible and it instantly ends...

doesn't matter, those stacks are getting put on with way too much ease. This doesnt even require that she autoattack anything not this would even fix the issue. Even doing this to one champ without having to build a thing is way too much. Regardless of what level I play at I'm not stupid. This AS slow is too much. If you want to give her utility then put it on her counter or something or make it an On-spell trigger. At least then theres a cost of any kind.
