They did have the same answers for different questions very far in between, like Question 1 and Question 20.

To avoid failing this issue, i'd have to keep going back through my answer and Xing out and refilling. That'd be weird looking

The correct answer was to list your best to worse as D C A B. C D A B probably would have been fine as well.

Yeah you are supposed to remember the similar questions so you can lie correctly by putting the same answers. If you're correct answer lies are inconsistent then they won't hire you.

See I don't know any of the tricks. Also, if it was best to worst, then, to me, it wouldn't be a personality test. It'd be a TEST test. I would just be hunting for the best answer, not the one that fits me. Which is dumb.

I felt that A was a good description of me. A high energy employee.

If they're expecting me to lie, then why even hire anyone?

All pre-screning for hiring is 90% just finding out who is best at tests/interviews/etc. So yes they are pretty much screening for the best actor/liar.

There is no way around this so that is just the best that can be done. Sad but true.

this post is complete nonsense.

pre-screening = resumes/cover letters weeding out unqualified ppl
interview = can you do this job better than everyone else who passed the pre-screen
fit interview = do you belong here culturally / are you an insufferable tw@t / is this somewhere you would want to spend 8 hrs a day for a week

if you treat job hunting as anything else, you are going to be unemployed for a long time
