The correct answer was to list your best to worse as D C A B. C D A B probably would have been fine as well.
See I don't know any of the tricks. Also, if it was best to worst, then, to me, it wouldn't be a personality test. It'd be a TEST test. I would just be hunting for the best answer, not the one that fits me. Which is dumb.
I felt that A was a good description of me. A high energy employee.

All pre-screning for hiring is 90% just finding out who is best at tests/interviews/etc. So yes they are pretty much screening for the best actor/liar.
There is no way around this so that is just the best that can be done. Sad but true.

pre-screening = resumes/cover letters weeding out unqualified ppl
interview = can you do this job better than everyone else who passed the pre-screen
fit interview = do you belong here culturally / are you an insufferable tw@t / is this somewhere you would want to spend 8 hrs a day for a week
if you treat job hunting as anything else, you are going to be unemployed for a long time
