Lulu would win early, Teemo would win mid-late.

Nocturne would lose early, Darius will get his ass kicked hardcore mid-late.

lulu's damage early is extremely high, while when teemo gets items his damage gets really really good

not sure on the darius and nocturne thing tho

Going on what X74X says, Lulu gets harass and poke that Teemo can barely early game. However, end game, she is a two piece burst...then nothing until her CDs come back, Teemo can give out reliably constant DPS with his poison and blind. He just needs to build health, MR, and AP/AS.

Noc doesn't really have the tools to handle him early. Darius has the highest level 1 armor, while Noc has no heavy ranged harass. However, Darius's scaling is both his moves and stats is far subpar to Noc. Noc as long as he builds a fair amount of health, armor and damage, can easily sololy Darius, he can also just spell shield his ultimate as well.

On the Noc/Darius part:
Nocturne isn't particularly strong early game. He's a squishy assassin with damage nowhere near that of Darius' early in the game. Darius' Q will probably take down about 1/4 of Noct's health while Noc only has his range harass to work with, which is still pretty hard to land given its speed. Late game though, Noc can get pretty insanely hard to deal with. He's capable of having massive attack speed, massive movement speed, being VERY tanky, and shrugging off attacks that would otherwise execute him with spellshield (in this case Darius' ult). If Noc keeps with the pace early game and Darius isn't fed into oblivion, Noc will out-tank him and out damage him all day and no matter how many times Darius tries to press R on Noc it'll do absolutely nothing each time. At that point Darius has nothing on him but his Q for damage and that won't really do much to a tanky Nocturne. He'll just crush Darius come end game, full force.
