Nothing like stringing a low level along until your game fills up then booting them just to waste their time.

Custom game names can only be 30 characters long. That's only enough room for me to say what game mode I'm hosting and my twitch.tv channel address (see what I did there?).

I can't speak for everyone else, but in my case it's just a lack of room. I hope I didn't kick you at any point for this reason.

Imo, it's kinda obvious, ARAM is for level 30. If something, there should be "all levels" in the tittle, if host allows this.
I mean, c'mon. If you aren't level 30, you don't even know half of the heroes. I mean, maybe you saw them somewere, but you didn't play as them, with them and against them. Because if you did, you would have enough wins for lvl 30 long time ago.

@kalapera : But aram is random to begin with. what's the point of elitism. Ironically, before lvl 30 you have less champion so they have more chance to actually know those champs. And c'mon, do you really know every champ you can ge tin aram? Even the free ones? Even those you regret buying because you didn't touch them since 2 years and that got remade?

@OP : Unfortunately, it wouldn't surprise me if people keep low-lvl to appear more full than they are.
Exemple :
1) You have 3 players and 4 low. 3 people enter thinking you're rdy to go. Then you kick the lows, then wait for another 3 before you go.
2) You have 3 players and you wait for 7 players to join. the first one is probably faster.

People with too low level or too many wins are both dispised.

Literally the whole point of ARAM is to have a fun, stupid time-wasting game mode to either use as a quick match when you're short on time or to cooldown after a bad match. Maybe even to use as a warmup before you go play real games. Additionally, they're very good for practicing team fights with, as well as for learning how to deal with random players if your social skills and etiquette are lacking. All of these are all the more reason to allow low levels, high levels, smurfs, and everything in between to all play in the same match.

Everybody stands to learn something and regardless of the result, the match's purpose was just to have an enjoyable, low stress game where you could try new things and maybe do some less-than-intelligent builds.

If anything maybe request that low level players go on the team with higher average wins or equally distribute between the teams if you really want to try to balance a mode where nobody gets to pick what they're playing in the first place.

seriously ? this comment gave me progeria. I knew all the champs at level 17~ because i love to see commentaries, explore the shop and see champion spotlights.

Look, I didn't made that up. I play ARAM for 2 years and I'm just telling you, how it is. Even if you don't write "30" in the title, people usually will ask to kick low levels. Or they will complain after the game, that they lost, because X wasn't 30 level.
You should write "all levels", if you want to take non-30s.
