Bow is the ghost of a once beautiful, great [female] archer [bow and arrow weapon type] long ago. Being able to strike foes with great accuracy, range, and extremely lethal shots - she was indeed the greatest archer who ever lived, and still is as her ghost lives on.
Basic Statistics: Bow has a basic attack range of 600, and 300[325] base movement speed.
Unrelenting Power (Passive):
Whenever Bow ends the life of another she takes in their soul increasing her strength even further. When Bow kills small minions and monsters she permanently gains 0.25 attack damage, large minions and monsters grant 0.75 attack damage, assists grant 1.0 attack damage and champion kills grant 2.0 attack damage.
Power Shot (Q): Mana Cost: None; Cooldown: None
Bow draws back her bow increasing her range [up to 700/750/800/850/900 units, which is +100/150/200/250/300 units increased range] for her next basic attack which will increase her damage of her next shot by +10/20/30/40/50%.
Use the hotkey (Q) to start drawing back the bow [the range of your basic attack will be indicated during this period] your next basic attack will be your Power Shot it takes 5 seconds to reach full damage/range with a minimum of 10% of the effect (minimum range +10/15/20/25/30 for 610/615/620/625/630 units; minimum increased damage of +1/2/3/4/5%. Also while drawing back the bow Bow's movement speed is slowed by 10%, if you want to put the arrow away which will return your movement speed back to normal press the hotkey (Q) again.
Decoy (W): Mana Cost: 80/90/100/110/120; Cooldown: 12 seconds
Bow places down [placement radius of 750 units] a harmless decoy [lasts for 5 seconds] that looks exactly like her before she became a ghost that gives vision and taunts enemies that see it for 0.75/1.0/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds [decoy taunt radius of 425]. The decoy is granted 200/250/300/350/400(+50% of Bow's total health) for its hit points.
Additionally if Bow hits the Decoy with a Power Shot [does not deal damage to the Decoy] the Decoy starts walking towards the nearest enemy champion, this effect also increases the taunt duration by an extra 0.25 seconds [do note that enemies cannot be taunted more than once per Decoy]. {Decoy walks towards the nearest enemy champion regardless of whether it can see it or not, think of it as a Twin Shadow scout that is slower and can be killed.}
Additionally if Bow hits the Decoy with a Lightning Shot active effect [does not deal damage to the Decoy] the Decoy will start attacking the closest enemy champion at 600 range [these attacks deal no damage] slowing that target by 15/20/25/30/35% for 2 seconds.
NOTE: You cannot have both additional Decoy effects happening at the same time on the same Decoy, you must pick and choose.
NOTE: Decoy's movement speed for Power Shot's additional effect is the same as Bow's movement speed when she first placed the Decoy.
NOTE: Decoy's attack speed for Lightning Shot's additional effect is the same as Bow's attack speed when she first placed the Decoy.
Lightning Shot (E): Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80; Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds
Passive: Every 5th basic attack unleashes a chain lightning striking up to 4 targets dealing 40/60/80/100/120 bonus magic damage.
Active: Bow releases a large, piercing lightning arrow [skill shot, range 1,050 units] that deals 80/130/180/230/280(+70%AP) magic damage to all enemy units struck by it.
Second Passive: Any enemies hit by this lightning arrow are marked for the next 3 seconds, the next chain lightning will consume the mark. This mark, once consumed, has a chance to stun its target for 1.5 seconds with a 2/4/6/8/10% chance.
A Legendary Hero Arises (R) (Ultimate): Mana Cost: 150/175/200; Cooldown: 150/130/110 seconds
Bow transforms herself into her past form before she became a ghost for the next 7/8/9 seconds granting her unlimited fully charged Power Shots [no movement speed restrictions], 20/35/50% increased attack speed, and 15% increased movement speed.
