Meh I guess it's a start

A few mana off her ultimate doesn't change the fact that she's garbage compared to a lot of the other supports right now.

As mentioned in one of the plethora of threads regarding this change earlier today, this could be the first of several small buffs they give her over the course of a few patches to try to get her back into good standing with the player base.

Not going to change how I play Janna at all. Still not going to rank up my ultimate til level 17.

Make her tornado HEAL when it passes through allies!
