So far I read the old fix it forum for this issue those file no longer exist or I can not find them.
So far tried restart the pc. I also did the long client scan to repair files no luck on that.

It was working after the patch and a restart of the pc and worked fine all day yesterday but it started today.

Tried setup.exe repair no luck on that either.

Last post for the night. Deleted project folder. Waiting on the repatch. I spent a lot of time reading post. It is a shame that LOL does not seem to post on tech support or maybe I missed it. I know i missed the project folder earlier.

The project folder was another fail. Now I am gone for the night

when all else fails remove and redownload. problem fixed
