Items like Randuins and AS reduction abilities make ADC worthless. He also says they are just a liability that requires a support. Champions like Ashe and Varus are garbage and need a rework because they have no escape.

A lot of interesting stuff.

I don't like him but he's a great player, one of the best in the world. But he's still a qualified authority to speak about game balance. He probably knows more about ADC than 99% of the people in this forum.

I would bet against him.

Carries are toxic design, they've been "viable" ever since their inception. They will persist, unfortunately.

So you're saying there should be 0 counters to ADCs? and not everyone builds any of those items, mainly tankier people.
