Thanks for the responce everyone. I wonder how many have this issue compaired to how many dominion players there are.

I'm still hoping elo decay will get me down enough to the point where darius is OP instead of getting kited by kassawins

Takes me about 2-3 minutes because (with some help of randoms) I keep my hidden ELO/MMR whatever tanked some what (around 30-50 more wins than losses). I'd just end up going outside and smoke while Q'ed and then miss the game prompt if I had to wait 5+ minutes.

It's alright, the population difference in comparison to sr and dom is quite big obviously !
-When I was around 1500 elo, my waits were like 5min max, now they go beyond 20min, but it should be ok for you!
-Matchmaking "tries" to adjust the Q times to make them faster, but for dominion players, the Q times are faster because you get matched with more kass/jayce/kha zix spammers xP

The sad thing for you is that you are on the lower end of the spectrum which is the reason you are getting long queue times. Get better and you will have shorter queue times.

Random for me.. Sometimes 10mins, sometimes 30sec.. And I also get matched with 10win players or 1500 win players......still see the same group of high skilled summoners from time to time though.
