I have been waiting for nearly 11 days now for a 2nd reply to my support ticket. The first reply I got was asking for information I had already provided and not heard anything since. The issue is your systems kept rejecting a card I know works cause I had used it before and at the time I tried to make the purchases and I made DARN sure I had the money on it for the transactions. Because of this I had to resort to using the paypal method to pay, which means I had to transfer the funds from my bank to paypal which is really inconvenient and costed me more money cause of transfer fee's than I had intended to spend. Now I sit here, still waiting for a reply and in need of RP for something particular.

Perhaps we can come up with some sort of arrangement eh?

Related to your request,

1. If you have sent additional updates, each time you reply or bump your ticket, it resets its position in queue. If you've sent a few updates, you may want to try waiting a bit to give staff a chance to respond.

2. Please also double check that all the required information was provided and that any reply from Riot didn't end up in your spam folder (11 days does seem like a really long time, usually if it goes that long, something got lost or wasn't provided)

I have only sent in one update on my ticket back on 2/16/2013 and that was to provide the info the representative requested which was on the same day, I haven't touched it since other than to see if its been replied to.
