1. If you have sent additional updates, each time you reply or bump your ticket, it resets its position in queue. If you've sent a few updates, you may want to try waiting a bit to give staff a chance to respond.
2. Please also double check that all the required information was provided and that any reply from Riot didn't end up in your spam folder (11 days does seem like a really long time, usually if it goes that long, something got lost or wasn't provided)
