[Game Client] Maestro Error

Hey I have a major problem that has been going on since last July. After every patch now when I click play and get to the log in screen it says "Maestro Error, There was an error connecting with maestro. League of legends will now exit. Please try restarting the client.
I have literally tried everything and have been researching this for an eternity. I also sent in a ticket, and 3 different support specialists tried to help me.

Here are some of the things I tried:
restarting PC
uninstalling
repairing
port fowared
run in admin
ect. (A lot more but I can't remember all the things :P)

Restarting the computer didn't work for you? The most frequent Maestro Problem, that brigns up the exacta same error screen you uploaded, is that it does not update when LoL does. So after you install a patch, you need to restart your whole computer. And then it should work normally.
I go through this with most patches.
