I buy it on Warwick, but that's so I can solo dragons every time they pop up.

Elder lizard is best if the champion has some decent aoe abilities, whereas wriggles is better on auto attack focused champs. if anything the argument is for Madred's vs. Wriggles. Madred's benefits are decent enough whereas Wriggles doesn't give you much more for its cost.

I dislike Wriggles on everyone. Rather just get Madred's and leave it.

Since people have brought it up, is Lizard Elder worth it on Noc? I tend to just go Madred's because auto attacks.

Depends how well I'm doing.

If my ganks are going well, I buy it early on and make up the cost by using the free ward whenever I can.

On the flipside, if we're not doing too well, I'll just leave it at madreds and begin customizing my build to mitigate the primary sources of damage on the other team and/or team buff items like Locket/Aegis.

Also, it depends who I am using as a jungler. I don't needs madreds on Vi or Hecarim, but I find it's helpful for champs like Xin and J4.

I usually just stop at Razor or go for a Lizard Elder instead.
