Y = In bushes / Below #% hp / Below #% mana/ ?
Z = 5 - 10 ?

Items used to build and stats can be changed depending on balance issues. Not trying to build for any specific champ, just interested in the passive/active range increase. hmm what if you were to implement a throw item that last 10sec that teleport your spell to the eye so that it create a lulu effect where you are giving it a range and ie has a 70sec cd. the Eye has a health of one and taunt tower and minion. so you cant really use it for tower gank dive what ever. This would promote high pvp skill.

Just, imaging if you will, akali/leblanc/talon/ any assassin jumping at you from a screen length away. While I love to promote creativity... here's my constructive criticism:
1) Has no build paths. Needs to be upgradeable to late game, otherwise its rather pointless.
2) Way way way to powerful to be on anything. So many champs rely on having short range spells because of their power. While its good to think of new concepts... this one doesn't work.
3) Stats are too wide spread to be of any use to anyone. AD assassins dont use AP, and vice versa, and of the other two, akali doesnt use mana and jax (if you use him as one) would have a stupidly large gap closer and aoe stun around him. Other people like corki, once again, can abuse the range benefits greatly.

Only person I can imagine this really being effective on is Nidalee. Tower to tower spear? No thanks.

Riot will never make an item that increases the range of any abilities, unless they do another viktor/rengar champ only item. Stop asking for them.
