Just, imaging if you will, akali/leblanc/talon/ any assassin jumping at you from a screen length away. While I love to promote creativity... here's my constructive criticism:
1) Has no build paths. Needs to be upgradeable to late game, otherwise its rather pointless.
2) Way way way to powerful to be on anything. So many champs rely on having short range spells because of their power. While its good to think of new concepts... this one doesn't work.
3) Stats are too wide spread to be of any use to anyone. AD assassins dont use AP, and vice versa, and of the other two, akali doesnt use mana and jax (if you use him as one) would have a stupidly large gap closer and aoe stun around him. Other people like corki, once again, can abuse the range benefits greatly.
