i kind of feel like a loser now, i build it on nearly everyone i get a warmogs on who scales with ad...
like: nasus, garen, sion, master yi, xin, renekton, vi, etc...

Not cost effective is why. The passive just honestly doesn't give you that much for what you have to pay to get it. And crit is worthless on 90% of bruisers.

item that does damage based on your max health is still completely worthless in a game where stacking lots of HP is common

no problems here, clearly this item is just fine and working as intended.

it can easily give you 40+ ad if you build over 3k hp, that's near a bf sword's worth of ad
