I ban amumu because as already stated, I ban him for the team, not myself.

Im only a bronze div 1 player, but I've never had a ranked game with an amumu in which amumu didn't win. Hoping when I eventually climb he won't have to be an auto ban.

Other than this I ban the FotM's, at the moment ban a lot of Vi, Garen, Tryn, Xin and kha.

Elise,Blitz, Kha'zix, YI ( on occasion ), amumu, Shen, VI, akali

^Note: the only champion I personally have a problem with is Elise...

As I just finally got out of bronze and got into silver I still can not yet allow these champions to go on the enemy team..

For some reason at my current MMR no one seems to understand the concept/s of
( kiting, baiting, Tenacity, and initiating)

blitz problems = noob's just wont listen no matter how many times you tell them to stay BEHIND minions..

Shen problems = noobs don't realize that when you have 25% health and the enemy has 10% health as well a Shen Shield.. you RUN

Twisted fate, hecarim (if xin/vi banned + no first pick), jarvan (same as when I can ban hecarim, only both at once or none at all).

I ban Blitz/Shen/Vi, but I also totally support Kayle/Elise/Amumu

I always ban Malphite, because he's not really counterable as he can go jungle, top or mid and people just don't know how to handle the rock.

Amumu on the other hand... most of the time he just jungles and its not like he's the best at it.

silver 1 atm so my Elo is around 1450s i would guess, I ban amumu, malphite every game because if my team gets them they suck, and if the enemy gets them they always turn out to be smurfs, good players on the rise, or just flat out better than me.

I also ban Vi, Kha Zix, and sometimes Xin

used to ban Shen, not anymore since I can noobtrap the other team into picking him (and very rarely in this league/division is kayle ever banned so best counterpick NA right here)

I find it funny when people pick malph or try to counter my Malph.

When people pick him the have no idea how he works.

When they try to counter me with AP champs, i put on my gold gen runes, strap on my philo stone and proceed to sustain with flask/philo/pots and then burst them once they get below 60%.
