High Ping out of nowhere

Hey , my ping is always 120-130 , but today all day its 300+ . The funny thing is , its only in LOL , other online games i play have regular ping/no lag. It's weird , pls help, I play on NA and i Live in Canada.

I have the same problem my ms is like 364 ingame and im not lagging anywhere else :/
