Because whimsical skins are too few and far apart these days - and because Volibear needs a new skin.
He bumbles around, rather than walking his hind legs; his basic attacks would still be with his claws, but his crits would be his stinger; Frenzy would be a reared sting, instead of a bite; and Rolling Thunder would be charged-flight, rather than running on all fours.
Beekeeper Singed and Cyanide and Happiness are responsible for this abomination. ^_^
