So they finally make him so he is viable to play, though I've been playing since his original nerf back in Season 1. These changes, so far tested 3 games, are all kindsa messed up.

He already has a relatively low move speed, he needs to be able to stick to his targets all game not just late, cause he is a...hmmm MELEE CHAMP.

Come on riot, Xin did not need this nerf in any way shape or form. You wanna know something to nerf, Teemo's retarded dmg when building AP. Darius base dmg when he can burst just about anyone with only Tank items. But Xin?! really, gotta go there again.

although i understand what you're saying. I disagree with you Xin was extremely strong, I am terrible with xin and I played him recently for a bunch of games and beat down everyone. He did need a slight nerf, and what he got was not that bad.
