Hello Riot. How are you? I am fine.

While viewing the "Leagues" tab under my own profile, I have discovered that it is possible to scroll some of the text boxes using the mouse wheel. This is clearly unintended. To duplicate:

1) You must have a mouse wheel to duplicate this bug.
2) Log in to any account which is not yet ranked in any queue.
3) Click to view/edit your summoner profile.
4) Click the "Leagues" tab.
5) With your mouse hovered over the text below "Play Ranked to Join a League", scroll down via the mouse wheel.
6) Done correctly, the text will shift in accordance with the mouse wheel.

You can do this with both instances of text. A screenshot is attached to view the text post-scrolling for both instances.
