16 champions (Required by Ranked)
4 or 5 Champions you are confident with while Jungleing.
A good team based attitude (for example no smashing other players on the team for making small mistakes)
250+ Normal wins (Ranked Experiance is nice, but not required)
General knowledge on team play.
Knowing when, and when not to buy certain items.
